Receiving security codes when you have a new phone number

If you don’t have a secondary phone number saved to your account, give us a call. Our representatives can be reached at 877-662-7447 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.

If you have a secondary phone number saved to your account, you can have the codes sent there. Log on again. When you’re prompted to enter a security code, choose, “Send a new code” instead.

  1. You can then opt to have a code sent via text or automated call to your secondary phone number.
  2. Finally, choose “Send a new code.”
  3. Once you’re logged in, add your new number to your Security code settings.
